The Cornish and Open surf competition was held on 25th September at Porthtowan, sponsored by the Blue Bar, Tris Surf shop and organized by British long board union. The surf was cooking with solid overhead + clean and offshore conditions.
It was really cool having some good quality waves for the event. I managed to secure two high scoring rides to take the women’s title. Skippy Skilton takes the Open Short board, Ben Skinner takes the Open Long board, and Marshall takes the U18 Juniors. Good fun compaction well done to all the competitor and thanks for every one for putting it on!
